Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision with insufficient data?
The interview process at Meta was thorough and engaging, beginning with an initial screening call with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a series of interviews focused on both my technical marketing skills and cultural fit within the company. I was impressed by the emphasis on creativity and innovation during the discussions. The process included:
A video interview with the hiring manager, focusing on my past marketing campaigns and results.
A panel interview with team members, where I presented a case study of a successful project I led.
A final interview with the department head, discussing strategic marketing trends and how I could contribute to Meta's objectives.
