I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta in Jun 2020
Interview
Multiple FB recruiters reached out to me in last 6 months to discuss open product roles. I finally decided to interview. Two rounds HR Phone screen followed by 2 more rounds Product Sense and Execution (45 minutes each). No feedback or decision on next steps after these rounds even after reaching out to recruiter a few times. Please be respectful of the interviewer's and candidate's time and follow up to close the loop.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
Standard FB process. 20 minutes chat with recruiter followed by a telephone screen with 2 PMs. 45 minutes on product sense and 45 minutes on product execution.
I interviewed on the 11th of June. I didnot have any news until about 2 weeks later. FB is pretty quick to get back to you if they want to progress you to the next round. So the fact I didnot hear back after a day or two indicated I wasn't selected.

Question 1
Product Sense: solve fake news . Product Execution: Goals for standalone FB dating app. Follow up FB main app is losing users to the FB dating app. Trade offs to evaluate whether this is a good thing or bad thing.
Contacted by the recruiter directly and had a chat. Chat was good but very rushed.
The process was super difficult. I know Facebook receive a lot of applications but you have to be a certain mould to work there or for them to want you.
The company brag about how good and in depth the interview process is but I felt it was pointless. You are given a task on the spot - how does that happen in real life? You are not suddenly surprised with developing a roadmap for a product you know nothing about. There is no prep time neither.
I found the process super intimidating too. Questions are fired left right center.
First process was a chat about how I would develop Facebook Workplace. I wasn’t aware I was specifically being interviewed for Workplace....
Second was telling 2 PMs about my most favourite app and why and how Facebook could create something similar. Basically you can’t, you cannot create something similar to MyFitnessPal.
I felt from the first minute that they didn’t want me and it was 2 straight hours of video calling feeling like that.

Question 1
Tell me about your most favourite app that yet use and why? Facebook also wants to create something similar, how would you recommend Facebook do it.
