Interview
My experience with the interview process at Meta was mixed. While the recruiter was communicative, they lacked a clear understanding of the role and couldn't provide useful insights for interview preparation. During the interview, the questions were often ambiguous, and even when I asked for clarification, the responses remained unclear, making it challenging to understand what was expected. When I requested feedback from the hiring manager, they were not forthcoming. Additionally, Meta has a strict 'no feedback' policy, which can leave candidates without clarity on their performance.
