The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Burlingame, CA) in May 2025
Interview
~5 rounds of introductory / experience focused conversations. They asked about prior experience in product marketing and how non product marketing experiences such as school and former jobs were related to the role. The process moved very slowly, and their turnaround speed was lethargic.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Apr 2025
Interview
I didn't get the role, but this was easily the best interview process I've ever been through. Went through 4 total rounds - 1) recruiter screen 2) peer screen 3) 3x onsite interviews 4) case presentation. Everyone I met in the team was so impressive, and very welcoming. Recruiters were extremely communicative and helpful throughout with advice for each stage. My experience was a little soured at the end because they weren't able to give even directional feedback on my presentation round.
4 rounds with case study, working in ambiguity, collaboration and gtm. Mix of immediate team and cross functional collaborators. How many more words do you need? How many more words do you need? How many more words do you need? How many more words do you need? How many more words do you need?
