Meta Program Manager interview questions

Step 1: Call with recruiter Step 2: Video call with team Step 3: 30 minute presentation, then about 4 interviews back to back with cross functional partners and team members. The overall process took about 2 months. Preparing for a presentation, then having to do 4 interviews back to back felt overwhelming. It would have been more smart to remove the presentation to focus more on the interviews.

Hiring manager screening call as first layer of evaluation. The process then moves up to panel interview with 5 interviewers from various departments/ functions . The processes was pretty smooth and organized. Questions were fair and based on the job expectations for the role
