The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meta (London, England)
Interview
TLDR; A great process, with great people to help along the way, but maybe a little long.
Firstly - don't under-estimate just how long the FB recruitment process is. From initial recruiter conversation to the decision, after the loop my process took just under 3 months.
1- Recruiter screening conversation
2- Product Sense & Execution (same day)
3- Follow-up Interview
4- Full loop - Product Sense, Execution (x2), Leadership & Drive
5- Decision made by hiring board
7 Interviews in total - It's basically a full time role prepping for the interviews.
Overall a very positive experience, the recruiters / co-ordinators are extremely friendly and helpful, and genuinely care about the experience you're having, and are free to chat at any time and answer any questions you have.
Likewise, the interviewers are great and put you at ease. It's a tough process, but to be expected from a FAANG company.

Question 1
Q: You are the PM for...
Q: Measure success of....
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
I applied for a PM role via a referral and I got a call from the recruiter pretty much in the same week. The process was straightforward and the recruiter did a great job of explaining this to me. It was one round with the recruiter, one round with a team member, Onsite (4 back-to-back interviews), and then the final decision.
The interviews went well and all the folks I interacted with were excellent, professional, and very warm. The interviews mostly focused on my PM experience, my background, behavioral, and the Onsite round had a technical round as well.
The only downside was that the time between interviews for the recruiters to come back with a decision was too long and overall from the first interview to the last took close to 2 months.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. How would you give critical feedback to your manager?
2. Project I led that resulted in failure?
Didn't get a second round interview despite answering all the questions. The interview was different from a standard product interview. The interviewer was not engaging. I personally didn't think I was doing well either .
