I first had a 30-minute call with a recruiter, after which I had a video conference with the process manager. About three weeks after the video conference, I flew out to interview with the rest of the team. I met with four sets of folks for 30 minutes each. Questions ranged from inquiring about my background to hypothetical challenges, as well as one case study. Overall, the process was efficient and well-organized, though I felt a few of the team members were unclear on exactly what they were asking of me.
The original recruiter sent me an email a few days later notifying me that I did not receive the position but that she'd be happy to provide me with feedback from the team, which I appreciated. However, after I followed up three times with the recruiter I never heard back; this was the only unprofessional part of a largely positive interview process.
