It was a lengthy process. Applied in April, was reached out ot in October, received rejection by November. Round 1 was updating job profile and connect with 3 employees. Round 2 was meeting with those employees virtually. Round 3 was a panel interview of 4 employees.
Very streamlined and focused on different topics. Different interviewers will ask questions based on various focus areas and the overall process is easy to understand. Interviewers are also professional, will prompt a little bit if needed.
