Name a time you had to balance 2 important projects.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
The recruiters I spoke to were very helpful along the way, they took the time to explain everything to me and help set me up for success.
I was able to schedule a mock interview before my technical screening. This helped with knowing what to expect and quickly improving some things based on the feedback I got from my interviewer.
The actual technical screening was good. The interviewer I got was helpful and made the experience as pleasant as a technical interview could be.
I actually passed on to the next round of interviews. But then I got really sick and was not able to complete the cycle before the deadline for the next cohort was up, so I had to drop out.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
The process was the same for an entry-level software engineer. The recruiters are outstanding and let you know the process every step of the way. I highly encourage anyone else from a non-traditional background to apply and go through the process! It was actually really fun and enjoyable.
