Facebook has the best candidate experience out there. Recruiters are always in touch. They have a portal to help prepare. They don’t keep a secret of needs to be done to succeed.

Phone screen, then 5 on-site interviews: coding, system design and behavioural interview. I recommend splitting the on-site to two days if you can because they are exhausting and you’ll do better on the last ones if you took a break. You’ll also meet for lunch with an engineer who can answer your questions but will not provide feedback on you.
