Interview
Screening, and then technical phone interview. If they think there's a reason your phone interview didn't meet expectations they'll give you a second phone interview. You also have the choice to come onsite if desired.
For my first interview I did it over the phone, but the interviewer's connection kept breaking up, so I lost valuable time. My second interview was in person, but didn't end with a next step.
