Applied through the website without any referrals. Interviewer contacted me via email and asked to fill a form with basic information about myself. In short period of time, the call was scheduled and I was supposed to talk a bit about myself, my background, what things I'm interested in. Next day I got rejected because of lack of the suitable role, although I've applied to one which was good fit for my interests.

applied online; waited 2-3 weeks and then got a phone interview and then sent me a coding challlenge which I submitted in 2 days and then waited 2 weeks for a reply;
