There was an introduction followed by probing questions designed to see how you approach the task of managing the development of a product/project.
I would strongly recommend reading the qualifications because the interviews can be very different depending on the capacity of the role (the “T” in TPM can be a deceptively broad umbrella term )

Interview
I had a telephone conversation with the recruiter and then a video interview with the manager I'll be working. The phone call with the recruiter was just to check if I had the experience they were looking and if I was available to work. The video interview was first an introduction for another recruitment member and then when they checked everything was working (video and audio) or If I have any questions I had a 40 min interview with the manager,

4. 4 Onsite interviews back to back (3- 45 mins VC interviews, 1- 30 min face to face)
5. Face to face with the hiring manager
Onsite interviews cover a few areas including a technical design interview, Recruitment team is amazing on giving you a direction on how to prepare.
- In general you should be ready to speak to your experience, how it relates to the role and the department you are applying for.
- Focus on what "you" specifically have driven and the impact
- And be ready to answer questions around your motivation, project management principles and working with other teams
