I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meta in Nov 2021
Interview
Took another position but enjoyed interviewing at Meta. They made the scheduling process very easy. Everything was very clear of how it would go but did take some time to receive feedback.
I was contacted by a recruiter, scheduled a first round conversation and thats where the process stopped. The recruiter was super positive about my background and he was transparent that their compensation ranges are lower then what make worth a move for me. He promised to get back to me with options how to move forward and I never heard back again from them.

Question 1
It was an introductory call, where I was asked about my experience, scope of responsibilities and preferences.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Meta in Nov 2021
Interview
Worst interview experience of my career.
I was approached by a Recruiter, and somehow made it to final interviews, despite being ghosted repeatedly. Every availability submission was ignored and had to be re-submitted through email, their scheduling tool, and another time through their scheduling tool. My time was not respected at all.
