Meta UX Researcher interview questions

Asked generic questions with minimal follow up. Clear they are looking for elite backgrounds and don't listen to skills you've learned. Not worth time - took forever to respond. Not sure what else to say.

I had two interviews with a Facebook recruiter for contract roles in UX research. The interviews are quite similar. They both last about 30 minutes via phone calls. The recruiters are very nice. They introduced the role with more details and also the process of interviews ahead.
