Meta UX Researcher interview questions

I had a phone interview with recruiter. We talked about their team structure and timeline for next steps. I didn't get an offer, but all in all it went about as expected. I got the sense that all my preparation was for naught - they only really seemed to respond well to my spontaneous answers.

I was referred by an employee towards the end of February. About two weeks later I had an interview with a recruiter. The recruiter asked me basic questions about my research background and prior experience, and told me a bit about the recruitment process. The recruiter I spoke with was very personable and nice.
