Microsoft Account Executive interview questions

my first round is with HR to screen my background since I was referred by my previous supervisor who was the manager in Microsoft. it's easy to pass the first screening interview. However, I had 3 interviews with my hiring manager since I have no experience in IT company and very difficult to benchmark my achievenments in other industries. He needs more interviews to understand my capabilities and potential.
