Microsoft Account Executive interview questions

First screening by email followed by a phone interview of 30 minutes with Human Resources to discuss my profile, background and interest for the position and for working in the company.

1st interview (English): It was with HR central in London. The person was very kind and we spoke about how the process was, my salary expectations and also he wanted to confirm that I was interested in potentially leaving my current company. 2nd Interview (Spanish): It was with the hiring manager from Madrid. I must say this is where professionalism vanished.
