I am not in the market or looking for employment as I am a private consultant and have been for more than 5 years. Recruiter called and convinced me to interview the following week saying it is interview finals and decision will be made quickly. I accepted and interviewed. The interview did not seem serious from the start. 3 people each between 20 and 35 minutes each with not much questions. No interview by hiring manager. I sensed this was a waste of time. They probably already had someone to give the job to and wanted to stage some fake interviews for their internal auditing process. This is shameful as it plays on people's emotions and expectations and shows no respect or regard!

Question 1
Questions were general about experience in the Microsoft Cloud and nothing like the Microsoft interview questions I was used to from 18 years ago when I joined the company. At that time, I had three waves of interviews over three days. In one of these waves, I was flown to Redmond for to meet with 6 people on the team I later joined. So sad to see Microsoft change the way it did!

Alles in allem - Top! Aber keine leichte Sache weiter zu kommen. Geprüft werden neben fachlichen auch kulturelle und persönliche Aspekte. Denkt dran: You don't hire for skills, you hire for attitude.
Alles in allem sehr professionell und organisiert, wenn man "eine Runde weiter kommt" hat man auch einen persönlichen Asp. der einen auf dem laufenden hält und bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung jederzeit erreichbar ist.

The interview I had is smoothy but some waiting periods when moving to next phase. May be the corp side for internal requirements or check mechanism. Anyway, all the interviewers are nice and respectful to the candidate.
