Microsoft Customer Success Account Manager interview questions

There were multiple interviews with various people starting with direct line manager and or a panel, followed by skip level manager and then final interview with organizational executive. Very casual approach and questioning process based on overall experience, skill set and general attitude. In all interviews they all asked me random questions about things that they noticed on my CV, often about things that did not really relate to the job I have applied for.
