Microsoft Customer Success Manager interview questions

Horrible was done through a third party . No feedback was offered just a really bad experience for a company I wish I could work for. I plan on reapplying and going through the process again.

I had five interview staring with one with HR, one with a senior CSM, one with the hiring manager, and two with two CSM directors. They all were very professional and kind, but they asked a lot of detailed questions about the role. It was more than just knowing my personality, they wanted me to already know the job.
