Microsoft Executive Assistant interview questions

this was a very seamless process with communication throughout . This process alone makes me understand why people would like to work there. I’m unsure what else to post here

Phone screen was fairly simple. Very general questions about skills, experience and education. Other questions about various software programs, how do I handle difficult personalities at work, how do I go about anticipating the needs of an executive, etc.
