The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft
Interview
First I had to upload my Resumee, then I had to do an Online Businesd Scenario Test (very easy, I don't think that anyone fails here, it just shows your motivation) and then I was invited to do a Prerecorded Vodeo Interview. The site that hosted the Interview was terrible, although all my settings of microphone, camera and wifi were right, the site wasn't loading. I had to call the site support and then after hours it worked.
