I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Microsoft
Interview
Non-technical phone interview for a software engineering internship, focusing mainly on behavioral questions, projects, and work experience. Very pleasant interview, enjoyed the conversation and the interviewer allowed it to feel more like a natural conversation than a series of questions. The interview included a simple logic puzzle (no fancy tricks required!).
