coding round was conducted in college which had very easy questions. Selected students were called for group-fly round which was also very easy. But there was too much focus on maintaining hiring sex-ratio and hence I was not selected.

Talked to developer at job fair, then got email for 30 minute on-campus interview a few weeks later. The interviewer was very antsy, and I later discovered he was supposed to board his flight in two hours and my interview was his last. Whole experience felt rushed.
