Interview
Interview started with questions about background and experience. Then there were technical questions about binary trees and data structures. Then I was asked to design a water bottle, and how to perform quality assurance on the product.
the interviewer seemed to love his job and working for Microsoft. He was very personable and at end of interview offered advice on how I could perform better next time.
Interviewed at Microsoft but I did not get an offer. Team was nice and there were free drinks and some snacks on site which was a plus. I would love to apply and interview again!

Typical behavioral interview process. STAR format style interview questions. Why do you want to work at Microsoft, tell me about a time questions, greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses. Consisted of a recruiter screening, and three back to back interviews with senior and principal PMs.

It was a level II and it was a great chat with the interviewer. More questions about my past experience, how I handled new features, change of requirements and my thoughts about AI replacing or writing code.
