I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA) in May 2016
Interview
Everyone seems to leave the Microsoft design interviews having had a good experience. The interviewers are all professional, criticism is mostly always constructive, and everyone you meet is very sharp. It is best to approach just talking about what you know best, because what they're usually looking for is the potential to fit and grow.
Tutto bene, le domande sono state mirate ma lineari, Human Resources cordiale e corretto. La chiamata è stata breve e ho avuto il riscontro del colloquio via mail, in brevissimo tempo dalla chiamata conoscitiva
The Microsoft interview process was challenging yet rewarding. The interviewers focused on understanding my thought process and problem-solving skills, making it feel more like a collaboration than a test. It was a truly engaging and professional experience.
