Interview
I had a one day interview consisting of 4-5 interviewers. If you do well with the team members, you will have a final interview with a GM level interviewer. During the whole time, the team is giving you a yes or no rating as they interview you. There was also a lunch interview but don't be fooled and get too comfortable. Standard interview questions with a few of those out of the box thinking questions.

Typical behavioral interview process. STAR format style interview questions. Why do you want to work at Microsoft, tell me about a time questions, greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses. Consisted of a recruiter screening, and three back to back interviews with senior and principal PMs.

Interview
It was a level II and it was a great chat with the interviewer. More questions about my past experience, how I handled new features, change of requirements and my thoughts about AI replacing or writing code.
