I was recruited through a university recruiter. I had one 45 min. on campus interview then got an email saying I made it to the final rounds. They flew me out to Redmond, Seattle.

If an airport management came to you with the issue of airport traffic problems and wanted to reduce delays, how would you go about reducing delays?
Interviewed at Microsoft but I did not get an offer. Team was nice and there were free drinks and some snacks on site which was a plus. I would love to apply and interview again!

Typical behavioral interview process. STAR format style interview questions. Why do you want to work at Microsoft, tell me about a time questions, greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses. Consisted of a recruiter screening, and three back to back interviews with senior and principal PMs.

It was a level II and it was a great chat with the interviewer. More questions about my past experience, how I handled new features, change of requirements and my thoughts about AI replacing or writing code.
