I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft in Feb 2021
Interview
It was a very strange experience. First I got an email from the Creative Director, then I talked to the hiring manager, it was an awesome conversation. But then the recruiter stepped in the process itself and everything went awry. I had a rather weird call with an HR, she said rather unpleasant words that it’s not clear at all how I could reach this stage, etc.
