Interview
Had 1 technical interview, 2 design interviews and 1 behavioral interview. The interviewers were all from different divisions and the behavioral interview was very short.
I tend to be nervous during technical interviews but the interviewer was very friendly. The design questions were fun and it was overall a good experience.

How would you design a web-based application for collaborative work?
Interviewed at Microsoft but I did not get an offer. Team was nice and there were free drinks and some snacks on site which was a plus. I would love to apply and interview again!

Typical behavioral interview process. STAR format style interview questions. Why do you want to work at Microsoft, tell me about a time questions, greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses. Consisted of a recruiter screening, and three back to back interviews with senior and principal PMs.

Interview
It was a level II and it was a great chat with the interviewer. More questions about my past experience, how I handled new features, change of requirements and my thoughts about AI replacing or writing code.
