met the staff of the project and then the projector, not difficult in general. some swe process question, some technical questions but mostly not too deep. but that was a team who got acquired by msft for a couple of years, so the process could be a bit different than the regular msft process
easy-medium ltc questions easy sys design, recruiter call, initial phone interview, final loop for 4 hours decision in less than a week. Post offer process is quick, friendly interviewers. Virtual onsite with video, blind 75 is good,

First is recruiter call and then there is assessment. you will need to be available for virutal onsite interview meaning 4-5 rounds will be conducted in one day with short gap in between. there is one system design round and three technical-behavioral round
