I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Microsoft (Neu-Delhi) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward, with questions that were primarily drawn from LeetCode. The interviewers focused on testing fundamental problem-solving skills and algorithmic knowledge. The questions were relatively easy and aligned closely with those commonly found on LeetCode, covering basic data structures, algorithms, and possibly a few standard coding challenges.
Overall, if you're familiar with LeetCode practice problems, you'd find the interview questions manageable.
there was only one interviewer. online interview. during the interview, firstly self-introduction and introduce the team. and then behaviour questions were asked. and then leetcode question was asked. interviewer was nice
I had a recruiter phone screen followed by a coding assessment, which I cleared. The questions were manageable. The overall experience was smooth, the interviewer is friendly, and currently waiting for the final interview loop.
