I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Microsoft in Jul 2025
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. The first and second rounds were technical, and some scenario-based questions were also asked. The third round was an HR interview. Each round lasted about 20–30 minutes. The technical questions mainly focused on networks, troubleshooting, IAM, cloud, and basic AI-related topics. The scenario-based questions were designed to check how I would handle difficult situations in a corporate environment—for example, how I would prioritize around ten different tasks, or what I would do if a new issue was assigned to me and nobody was available to help.

Question 1
scenario based questions are more in the discussion
I had a 1-hour technical interview with a panel of three interviewers. The atmosphere was friendly and conversational. The interview did not dive deep into architecture or highly technical troubleshooting. Instead, it mainly focused on conceptual questions related to Microsoft 365 / Office 365 products and how the different services work together.
