I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online in October and got a email from a recruiter around mid November to schedule a phone interview. They gave a meeting schedule link to choose a date from. I scheduled it after 2 weeks. The recruiter called on time on the scheduled time and date. It was for 20 minutes and it went well. She told someone will get back to you. But there was no response for a month. I had to email recruiters to check my status. Then after a month, I got an email from a recruiter that they are already full but will keep in loop. But I knew I'm already too late.
