Microsoft interview questions

Long, drawn out and to the point. After spending 3 hours of interviews I was ghosted and got an auto reject email instead of receiving the update from the recruiter.

the intervuwers were very nice, they were supportive and gave confidence during it. I researched this company as part of my job search and found their public presence and reputation to be generally positive. Their mission and values seem aligned with what I'm looking for in an employer.
