Microsoft Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) interview questions

I was referred by a current MSFT employee, and then got a phone interview from a recruiter. The questions only involve several non-technical questions which can be found online, like: what's your favorite products of MSFt? how can you improve it? What do you want to work on? 9 balls to find the heavier one, etc. After the phone interview, I got onsite invitation immediately. There are four rounds interviews with engineers of that group. Basically, the questions they asked are not hard. But the bad thing is I met an engineer who does not know algorithm (I am not kidding. I was so surprised), but she asked me algorithms.
