Interview
This was before COVID. The interview was on-site, but when I arrived they said they were either running behind on interviews or didn't have enough interviewers. They had not informed me about this. They ended up rescheduling my interview for three hours later. That was incredibly annoying, and I felt pretty disrespected the whole time I was there.

First screening interview with the recruiter.
She asked background questions and few easy technical questions
It was a phone interview, and it took like 15 minutes. She said she will contact in a month, but she haven’t contacted me over two months, and I am still waiting.

Interview
There is no tech question in the first Phone Interview.
The interviewer is a recruiter, so I think she doesn't know much about the software. And she was asking me while typing something on the board, I think she is writing something about me on their system.
