Microsoft Program Manager interview questions

PM was a role offered to me after I got selected fot SDE role. I had just one extra round to go, where the manager asked me about what I understand of Microsoft Office. How we can improve its usability, what features are missing, how do you compare microsoft with competitors like google docs, etc. Intention was to see my ability to cut through the topic and analyze the bigger picture.
