Great, straightforward process. There will be a technical interview, 1-2 product design interviews, several cultural fit ones. Make sure you ask a lot of clarifying questions - the design interviews are meant to test whether you think about customer needs and will dig deep to get them. In this case, think of the interviewers as your customers.
At the end of each interview in the final round, they will give you feedback. If they don't, ask for it (what should I do differently/better?). Make sure you take this on and attempt to demonstrate in the next round - they're looking to see if you take on feedback.
Didn't hear anything back after a good experience with the recruiter at the engineering career fair in the fall, but after meeting with some Microsoft reps at a Women in CS conference in February, I was encouraged to reach out to my campus recruiter again with my updated resume. I sent it and got a reply back in hours as well as an on-campus interview!
Met with a dev who's been at the company for 19 years and graduated from my alma mater. Friendly and very dad-like. Was expecting at least one coding question or questions based on my resume (or courses that I had taken) but a lot of emphasis on networks, for some reason.
