Microsoft Project Manager interview questions

The interview consists of a few stages: first with HR, then with the manager, and then with someone from the same team. The overall recruiting process can take up to 3 months.

Interview took place in airport setting as this was the only available place possible. Interview was cordial and informative on both sides. I believe that it gave me a good impression of the business and the company. The product area was well known to me so that was not a challenge whereas the product area was new to MS.
