Microsoft Project Manager interview questions

HR and first round , the hr was good , talked about my self and how to explain stuff for kids. , such as recrussions , it was friendly , many unrelated question to the position , I was fully prepared , didn’t think it would be this average

The interview was very detailed with multiple people. The questions were technical, but seemed more concerned about observing your ability to solve problems. They were also concerned to make sure that it was a good personal fit.
