Two interview rounds, one by phone, the other in-person. Sometimes there could be two in-person or you meet with several people. You will meet with those you will work with such as devs, PMs and maybe either a Design Director or Manager.

Interview process is long and can't get interview without reference. Even with reference the chances of getting a interview is low. Once you were considered for an interview the HR round will be difficult and easily reject you without looking at your knowledge.
