The final round was an "As-Appropriate" interview with a high-ranking manager who decided on the spot about my hiring. The whole process took a couple of weeks to a month, where they evaluated me on collaboration, customer focus, and adaptability. I prepared thoroughly, even practiced with the STAR framework for responses. It was quite the experience!
