The interview process was straightforward and relatively easy, but it took approximately 1.5 months of several email communications before they informed me that I had not been selected. Despite my current job involving significantly more responsibilities than what the position required, and feeling well-matched with the criteria they had shared, they informed me they were only seeking one candidate after 1.5 months. Shortly after that, I noticed another position open within the same group.
