Microsoft Technical Support Engineer interview questions

HR would provide some learning materials about MS product prior to the interview. Candidates need to study it and would be asked questions about the learning materials. This is to test the ability to learn something new in a short time.

There were in total 5 round interviews including the initial call from HR, 1 with team mates ask about both technical and behaviour questions, 1 with manager, 1 with senior technical team and 1 with senior manager.
