Microsoft Technical Support Engineer interview questions

I interviewed for a similar position twice. Every time, the whole process from the HR reach-out or application to making the decision took me over 2 months. The interview was nice though, talking directly to the hiring manager is a lot about who are you, why you special, and if you will win this job. If you are an international applicant, they will do you a visa evaluation, taking about 1 month, by their law team.
