Microsoft Technical Support Engineer interview questions

The interview process was short without any input or explanation about the role from the recruiter there is no communication. The only thing the recruiter do is keep asking the interview time and arrange interview.

Phone interview at first All day in person interview. The phone interview was full of behavioral type questions while the in person was a mix of scenario based questions. E.g. what would you do if you had to jump on a call with a heated customer. I was a college hire so the interview did not focus too much on technical expertise in the technology I was to support.
