I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
I applied to Miro's website via BuiltinLA and heard back from the recruiter the very next day! The first step of the interview process was conducting a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter. I then submitted a take home test which took about 2-3 hrs. From there I participated in the onsite interviews, 2 of which were onsite in LA and 2 that were conducted via video. Overall, I felt the interview process was very transparent and efficient! The recruiter did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the process and the team was very welcoming!

The interview process took about 3 weeks, starting with the initial phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, and then a Panel with the team.
Overall it was a great experience and the team was very attentive and responsive throughout the entire process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam) in Feb 2021
Interview
Structured, smooth, and very open environment. The recruiter was very helpful - all my questions were answered in a timely manner. One recommendation - it would be good to have the whole picture of the interview process in advance (how many interviews are expected).

Interview
Application process was normal, but the candidate experiene was very sub-par. Minimal commnication, no inidcation of how long I would wait to hear back, and above all the offered salary was barely entry level.
