I applied online. I interviewed at Miro in Dec 2020
Interview
I'll start by saying this is the first time I've taken the time to write review and sincerely only because it’s one of the most bizarre and poorly conducted interviews I've had.
As someone who conducts interviews myself, it was a very shocking and disappointing experience from a company who prides itself on “good” candidate experience.
The recruiter who interviewed me showed up close to 10 minutes late (for a 30 min call) and did not even acknowledge it and carried on as if nothing.
There was brief small talk and then she jumped into some questions for about 10 minutes and then ended the call.
I was honestly confused as I have never experienced an interview this way. There was no introduction to the company, the team, or explaining the role. She did not ask if I had questions. It was straight up bizarre and I genuinely stepped away from the call confused and not excited about Miro.
My advice to the Miro hiring team: if you pride yourself in candidate experience, please make sure you are hiring the right people who live the same values. Being late to an interview, not introducing the company, team, or role, and not asking a candidate if they have questions is failing to meet the bare minimum.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Miro in Apr 2025
Interview
Honestly, the process was great from start to finish. I felt prepared every step of the way, and that’s 100% thanks to how thoughtful and well-organized everything was. Right from the beginning, the recruiter gave me a clear picture of what to expect, which really helped me feel confident and taken care of.
Communication was top-notch — I got fast, clear feedback at every stage and never had to guess where I stood or what was next. It made the whole experience smooth and actually enjoyable. Huge shoutout to the recruiter for an A+ experience — they set the bar high.

Question 1
They asked me for an example on how I manage my stakeholders in different scenarios (f.e. High-Volume; how I set expectations; SLA's)
There are five rounds of interview usually - starts from the Recruiter screen, HM interview, Culture interview, team interview, then finally the executive interview. In total it's 2-3 weeks in total
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (London, England) in May 2022
Interview
Thorough interviews. Covering all the expected areas of a recruiters role. Conversational in approach, was able to interview Miro as they interviewed me. Enjoyable process with timely feedback given at each stage.
